- Load characteristics: Resistive loads utilize stainless steel alloy resistors. These stainless steel alloy resistors are custom-designed products developed independently by our company, featuring a low temperature coefficient and low inductance.
- Resistor Selection: The resistors utilize high-melting-point nickel-chromium wire with a melting point of over 1200 °C; since the design load is only 50% of the material’s rated load, they can operate stably and continuously over an extended period;
- The load is cooled by forced air cooling using an axial flow fan, enabling continuous long-term operation of the load.
- The bottom of the cabinet is equipped with universal casters with brakes, while the top of the cabinet is equipped with a load-bearing suspension ring.
- During load/unload testing, the accuracy is ≤ ±3%, the resistance temperature coefficient is low, the power variation under both cold and hot conditions is minimal, and the accuracy surpasses that of other resistive loads.
- Load switching method: The system can be controlled via a local manual rotary knob, or the customer’s host computer can switch the load between various power levels.
DC Load Box Product Protection:
- Load Protection: Since the load box is required to operate for extended periods, a comprehensive load monitoring and load protection system is extremely important.
- Thermal Protection: During each test, the operator must first turn on the cooling fan before the system is permitted to perform load increment or decrement operations.
- Fan fault protection: The system only permits load increment or decrement when the fan is running and operating normally;
- Overtemperature Protection: When a system fault occurs and causes the load to exceed its temperature limit, the system automatically disconnects the load, thereby providing protection for the load.
- Emergency Stop Protection: When a load fault or a fault occurs in the tested equipment, pressing the emergency stop switch will halt the test.
- Short-circuit protection and overcurrent protection: A fuse is installed at the output terminal of the load box; in the event of a system short-circuit fault, the load will be automatically disconnected.
