RLC Load Box Product Introduction
The three-phase AC RLC load cabinet is an integrated resistive-inductive-capacitive load box independently developed and manufactured by our company; it is typically used for AC power supply testing, including testing of UPS systems, generator sets, inverters, voltage stabilizers, and other AC power sources. This equipment primarily serves as an electrical load testing system for inverter islanding effect tests; it can simulate various operating environments for inverters, replicate microgrid and grid islanding effects, measure the actual output power and load-carrying capacity of inverters, and determine the anti-oscillation point of photovoltaic inverters. The equipment features built-in resistive, capacitive, and inductive loads: the resistive load utilizes stainless steel alloy resistors; the inductive load employs a three-phase AC dry-type reactor; and the capacitive load uses low-voltage parallel capacitors. The power input employs a segmented on/off control mechanism, allowing for flexible combinations of the resistive, capacitive, and inductive components; additionally, based on customer requirements, the system can be configured with continuous adjustable values.
The operating voltage range can be set from 0–10 kV, and the power range is 0–10 MW.
