It is designed to test load-carrying products for 400 Hz, 800 Hz, and 1200 Hz intermediate frequency power supplies; featuring a compact size and lightweight design, it is highly portable and an ideal tool for airport and field testing scenarios.

Airport ground static power supplies or jet bridge power supplies, as well as test power supplies from aircraft manufacturers, are indispensable for ensuring the smooth operation of flights; however, 400 Hz medium-frequency static power supplies may encounter issues such as insufficient power output, normal behavior under low current conditions, or abnormal behavior under high current conditions. Therefore, the acceptance testing and maintenance of 400 Hz power supplies require the use of dedicated load equipment; our company has specifically designed and manufactured a portable 400 Hz load box for this purpose.

    • Portable: compact in size, lightweight, and can be carried by a single person;
    • The system must be equipped with a black box module that can monitor data on the data bus during the operation of the load equipment, analyze this data, and extract information such as voltage, current, temperature, gear position changes, and fault details, which are then stored in a dedicated module; this facilitates subsequent data tracing, similar to the black box found on aircraft. In the event of a device failure, this module enables effective determination of whether the issue stems from a problem within the load itself or is caused by an external test power supply exceeding the load’s tolerance threshold, thereby providing a critical reference for troubleshooting.
