- Fast dynamic response speed:
The dual closed-loop feedback circuit ensures that the inner current loop maintains a non-distorted waveform under nonlinear load conditions; the outer voltage loop guarantees a sudden load-induced voltage drop of <1% and a response time of less than 2 ms.
- Excellent human-machine interface, integrated display and measurement functions, and high measurement accuracy:
The high-power power supply unit features a 7-inch or 10-inch color touch screen display. The display can show three-phase output voltage values, current values, power values, frequency values, and input DC bus voltage values. The unit allows for the configuration of communication parameters, including the device’s own communication address and baud rate. It can automatically record, store, and display occurred events—such as power-on, power output startup, power output shutdown, faults, and fault types—as well as record the date and time when each event occurred. Additionally, the unit supports setting a time interval (1–60 seconds) to perform sampling and monitoring of power supply parameters, recording parameters such as date, time, three-phase voltage, and three-phase current. Users can view historical events and data records via the event logging interface.
Alarm Information Interface: When a fault occurs or an operational error is made in the inverter power supply system, the touch screen automatically displays the alarm information interface, which shows the type of fault and the corresponding troubleshooting procedure. This inverter power supply employs DSP (Digital Signal Processing) technology and features multiple fault detection capabilities, capable of detecting various types of faults, including: internal IGBT device overcurrent, three-phase output overvoltage, three-phase output undervoltage, three-phase output overcurrent, three-phase output overload, DC input overvoltage, DC input undervoltage, internal component overheating, synchronization signal failure, synchronization communication failure, and synchronization configuration errors; all these faults are displayed directly on the touch screen.
- High load-carrying capacity:
The power components are properly selected; they can withstand inrush currents exceeding the rated current without causing voltage drops. - Excellent stability:
Voltage stability ≤1%, load stability ≤1%; the output frequency is generated by a quartz oscillator, ensuring extremely stable and precise frequency. Other manufacturers cannot achieve such accuracy, resulting in display values that match the setpoint.
Features of the programmable 400 Hz intermediate frequency power supply
1.Programmable Functions
- General Functions – allows setting of a set of voltage, frequency, time, and operating output parameters;
- Step-function feature – allows you to configure multiple sets (up to 30 sets) of step voltage, frequency, and duration; the system will then operate according to these configured steps; additionally, you can set the number of cycles and the cycle interval time.
- Gradient Function – Allows you to configure multiple sets (up to 30 sets) of start voltage frequency, stop voltage frequency, start time, and operating time; the system will then automatically perform an output operation with a VF variation according to these settings.
- VF Starting Kinetic Energy – For motor testing and high-power motor starting applications, it is possible to configure a fixed-frequency variable voltage followed by variable frequency variable voltage mode to reduce the inrush current during startup.
- Special Curve Simulation – For complex pressure or frequency variations, the voltage-frequency curve can be configured within the system based on customer requirements or relevant test specifications.

2.Supports parallel redundancy functionality
- Supports dual or multi-machine parallel expansion to increase system capacity and improve power supply availability.
- Supports dual-machine redundant operation, thereby enhancing power supply reliability.
- Supports independent or parallel expansion operation across two or more units (in standalone mode: each unit can independently set its frequency and voltage; in parallel operation mode):

3.Multi-purpose functionality
- Operates in standard three-phase output mode, providing a standard three-phase voltage with phase differences of 120° between each output phase;
- The device can also operate in single-phase mode; in this mode, the three single-phase output voltages, frequencies, and phases are identical. The three single-phase outputs can be connected in parallel externally to the power supply to function as a single-phase power source, thereby tripling the single-phase load capacity compared to traditional power supplies. The switch between single-phase and three-phase modes can be performed with a single button press, eliminating the need for complex internal circuit adjustments. Additionally, the power supply features self-diagnostic and protection functions, effectively preventing output short circuits caused by erroneous switching between single-phase and three-phase modes.
- Three-phase separate control function: The frequency and output voltage of each individual phase can be adjusted independently; each of the three single-phase outputs can deliver different frequencies and voltages.

4.Three-phase phase angle adjustable function
- In the three-phase output mode, the phase angle of the three-phase output voltage can be adjusted; the adjustment range is 0–360°, with an adjustment resolution of 0.1°.

5.RS232/RS485 communication interface
- The system employs the MODBUS communication protocol. Users can achieve centralized control via a computer or PLC to set operating commands for the inverter power supply, modify or read functional parameters, and retrieve the inverter power supply’s operating status and fault information.
