Compared with conventional Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems, this series of sine wave inverter power supplies feature the following characteristics:
- Avoids duplicate investments and reduces system costs. Power plants or substations often feature 110V and 220V DC panels; by directly drawing DC power from these panels to supply the inverter unit, the need for expensive and bulky battery banks is eliminated, offering a simple, efficient, and cost-effective solution.
- Extending the uninterrupted power supply duration and enhancing power supply reliability. The DC control panel in the power system utilizes high-quality 110V inverters from Youdian Electric and long-life valve-regulated maintenance-free batteries, combining a “reliable DC power source” with a “reliable inverter power supply,” thereby significantly improving system reliability. Additionally, due to the large capacity of the battery bank, it can provide an extended uninterrupted power supply duration even during grid outages. In contrast, when using conventional UPS systems, since the batteries require no dedicated maintenance personnel, it is common for the batteries to fail without anyone being aware; once the grid power fails, this can lead to UPS failure and interrupt the uninterrupted power supply.
- The power supply systems produced by our company feature a main circuit utilizing IGBT modules from Siemens (Germany), with drive protection powered by Mitsubishi components from Japan; the output section employs an isolation transformer, ensuring high safety and reliability. The system delivers a pure sine wave output with a clean and stable waveform, and is equipped with various automatic protection functions, including overvoltage, overcurrent, short-circuit, and overload protection.
